I'd like to add threatening to kill yourself if he leaves or just doesn't come see you when you want. I still feel scarred from that. I feel fucked up.

When I see stuff like this I feel so lucky to be married to a girl who does none of these things. A person who truly is my best friend, not a controlling, abusive maniac. I've dated a few of those...had my fair share of shit shows. Life is so much better with her. Women who respect men are out there, stay strong brothers.

Just ignore them from the outset. Get good at a career, make money, buy a house, live where you want, drive a nice car and ignore women when they want something from you. If I were a man, I’d just get happy ending massages and upmarket hookers occasionally. You can have all you need without drama and annoyance... this advice comes from a lesbian who watched her own brothers get ruined by manipulative women (are there any other kinds?)
