Hello fellow ask men members. I come to you with a question, regarding spring break. I got split custody with the mother of my child and i just recieved a phone call from her saying that since i refused my spring break time with him she will keep him till her time is up. I was unaware of it since he don't go to school. Is there anything i can do about this?
Edit1# According to the child support agreement i was suppose to keep him till wednesday then we exchange at 6p she was suppose to keep him the rest of the week till sunday. But with him not being old enough to go to school i did not know. the only conversation i had with the mother was "You forfitted the right for spring break so im gonna keep him till its over" and she hanged up
