High rates of suicide is not due to lack of emotion but a sense of hopelessness. The biggest culprit of suicide rate is divorce/child custody and lack of fathers. Not expressing your emotion is not one of them.

There are no support groups for men. That's another issue. So emotion in of itself is not helpful. It's bollocks. Is finding solution to problems, is getting a helping hand, a guiding hand if you come from a broken home.

So JUST saying men need to express their emotions means JACK SHIT!!! JACK SHIT and helps no one. It's virtue signalling of the most highest sickening order.

Go and tell a suicidal father who cannot see his children to express his emotion, see if that helps. Go tell a young lad from a single mother home who has been in and out of prison all his youth and lacks purpose, to go and express his emotions. See if that helps.

As though a father hasn't broken down in tears, seeing therapist after therapist to try and heal himself, before giving in to despair and being "suicided" by the corrupt system. Lack of emotion was not the issue.

Bloody virtue signalling feminist claptrap of the highest order.

Communicating your emotions - what is the point there hoss?
The point is to get other people to help you, support you, come to your aide. For women that is necessary; men should be more able to handle their own shit.

We have school shooters, not because men bottle things up more than they did in the past, but because they are less self reliant, less masculine, raised by single mothers and on psych drugs.
Try to make men be like women, fail to give them masculine role models, and the lead starts to fly.

As to "society also has to listen" - I have some news there for you. 400,000 years of primate evolution say, no. What Rollo Tomassi calls the "burden of male performance" is the product, not of the blank slate and social conditioning (which is the way foolish liberals think it all works), but of evolved human nature and innate instincts caused by sexual selection.

When women decide they don't want Alpha males any longer, when women want weak sniveling cowards: then society will change, and in a few 10's of thousands of years, society will be able to change.

What we have is fake masculinity.

We naturally have less prolactin, so we simply produce fewer tears. We also have longer tear ducts, so we need to generate more tears before they become visible. Finally, testosterone is a natural emotional agonist, which is one of its major benefits in stressful situations.

So men are NEVER going to cry as much as women. It's that simple. It is 100% perfectly normal for men to be less emotional than women are, and if someone tells you differently, they have an agenda.

So, you've got this completely backwards. The fake masculinity is the one you've been sold. The real masculinity is the reality of our hormonal complement and what that means in real life men.

For fuck's sake ... school shooters are overwhelmingly a US phenomenon. They are almost unheard of outside that country. Do you think toxic masculinity magically stops at your borders because the men outside the US are more emotionally available? Get real. It has far more to do with the sheer volume and easy availability of firearms in the US than anything.
