I hear women stating such idiotic stats.

I do think that many men might lack confidence. It is probably one of the most important factors.

Thank god I do not live in the USA.

It's not all bad.. The so called drop outs that still want to keep trying have the option of getting passports, going to non western countries and finding themselves non western women. It seems western women have shot themselves in the foot, once again, as with everything they've attempted with their social engineering. Who's to blame for this? ..Let's just agree it's white, heterosexual, middle aged men as per protocol.. That way none of us ever have to have that awkward talk.

One thing this article gets at that many miss is that Women are still hypergamous, but it’s harder than ever for women to date up. For example, we have been discriminating against males in education for decades with more women than men going to both med school and law school. It doesn’t mean female doctors want to work hard to support a husband who’s a nurse. Just because they have a high earning potential doesn’t mean they want to be the primary breadwinner. Many still want to become stay at home mommies and be supported in a way commensurate with their potential, not their actual work. It’s simply not feasible.

One thing I’ve seen in higher education is that it’s harder and riskier for men to initiate dating. They risk being yelled and and worse: being accused of harassment. Many young men rightly conclude dating simply isn’t worth it.
