It depends upon what state you're in, doesn't it? If possible, have some record of the date you'd met and your correspondence. That might help. In the worst case scenario, you'll probably successfully defend yourself but you'll have to pay your lawyer's legal fees.

FFS, am I glad I don't use Tinder. It looks like Craigslist for STDs. Really, the kinds of women you'd meet on there give me the shakes.

Did you check if she stole the used condom?

If anything, it sounds like she's used you to hook in this other guy, and has no further interest in you... ASSUMING she manages to hook in the other guy. If not, she may come knocking.

Not sure where you live, check local laws on how you could possibly become the legal father without your knowledge/consent.

It's too late, but stay away from Tinder. Acquired a stalker from it a couple years ago. My dumbass fault though. Okcupid is much better. Easier to sort out the loony toons.
