Throwaway account for obvious reasons.

About 6 years ago, I was falsely accused of SA in a title ix case in graduate school. Due to the substantial evidence in my favor, I was found innocent (or lack of preponderance of evidence).

Simple question: does this case still appear on my academic record despite the ruling in my favor? I can’t seem to find a definitive answer to this question online.
