1) Manipulation (especially using men to commit crimes on other men) 2) Lack of empathy 3) “Mean Girl” syndrome 4) False accusations 5) Using sex as a weapon

This is a pretty venomous perspective on gender-discrimination debate... I think you may have the wrong idea about this whole thing. Your description bullet points (1-3) are more about being frustrated with a shitty debate partner (they're all about deflection or whataboutism), and your "TF generally respond..." is just a strawman.

The issue with discussion of toxic masculinity isn't that toxic femininity isn't mentioned, it's that the concept of masculinity (a very general and technically speaking natural exhibition of traits) is villainized when TM is mentioned, and that it categorizes men into a faction, an easy target for mass assumptions. Toxic men do this! Toxic men do that! Toxic men generally respond to logical arguments with one liners that include!

People are people. Debate focused on gender-based discrimination should be equitable and well-tempered. Using buzz words in either direction (TM/FM) is just opening the door to angrier, sloppier debate strategies that only serve to make people angrier at each other.
