Well as someone said in my previous post, the moment we become a tangible organization, we become vulnerable to attack. So I would say the best way would be to get in contact with as many subs and trusted communities online as well as physical clubs as possible who share similar sentiments and create a heavily regulated background check requirement for joining.

Basically the idea would be to create the organization and begin to recruit as much as possible while trying to stay under the radar. Once we plateau in membership or something comes up that REALLY needs the organization helps, we use due funds to skew the situation in our favor and attempt to do this anonymously.

I've done research into research into a few men's lodges and how they control information and I would probably implement some of the same measures. In doing this however, no doubt would the union be labelled such things as cults or what ever but at least people wouldn't know its an actual union and not a lodge.

If vice or any similar media decided to write about us, it'd probably be best to restrict or heavily moderate even more the membership sign ups just to make sure no journalists get through.
