Unsupervised parenting time?

I'm not sure I understand your question. I feel like some context is missing. Usually supervised parenting time is required only in instances in which the court feels unsupervised time presents a danger to the child. This is generally the case if the parent to be supervised has a documented history of violence.

No there was never anything like that. She simply is mad that we aren't together and doesn't want me to see her.

I've been searching on google and some places say that when a child is under 3 years old then all parent time from the non-custodial parent is supervised.

I found no mention of supervision on the indiana guidelines though. Which would be awesome. Just want to make sure that is the case. I would be so freaking happy if I don't have to go to her place every time and be watched by 4 people while I try to see my daughter.
