I posted my battery accusal story here a few times. But even back in '17 with a female friend as witness i served nearly a year based on a verbal accusation from an ex. Even with a different woman verifying that my exs cuts were self inflicted I still had a 250,000 dollar bond and a year taken away from me. Be careful out there in 2020, they can literally choose to just ignore ALL evidence to fit the narrative put forward by the accuser, depending on where you live they can even be financially incentivized to do so.

Video evidence is rarely enough for many reasons including that courts operate on paper. So paper that was created soon after the incident is the preferred way to document anything.

For example courts primarily use whatever lies police write down in the report over body camera footage or witness videos.

If you have video evidence, or witness testimony, or anything then make a transcript and have it notarized, or describe the video in your journal that has regular entries and no empty spaces.
