They say they want a relationship, or marriage, or commitment or someone to be with. They say they’re “sick of the dating apps” and the “asshole” exes they have. But when they slide into your DMs or give you a ring 📱, their stories never match up. Had a woman from a local community message me privately and asked if I was around here (obviously yes) only to ask me a bunch of dumb questions about the dating apps like “you HAVE to try Bumble, that’s why!” Like, Girl, I ain’t even into you (only accept the chat invite cus I do for most Redditors) and also I ain’t ever going to those narcissistic playgrounds known as Tinder, Bumble, etc.

She asks me a bunch of questions about my “success rate”, if I ever been married. I asked her the same and received no response. Proceeded to laugh at her comments and blocked her on the spot.

She reminds me of my ex from two years ago. Never over anything from her past, must dictate control over everything. However, if men are transparent and truthful, we’re castigated.
