Which is more FINANCIALLY beneficial: I live room and board free until I get my degree OR 4 years of alimony (while I get my degree)

I don't know how much details to share but i could get 3,500 a month for 4 years in the divorce, Which I would use to finish college OR live rent free in a house while I get my degree...but no definite money to pay for it.

Don't know if anyone else knows better than I, but i really can't decide
