There are single stars, and binary stars with two stars revolving around each other. There are even solar systems with three, four, or more stars.
There are planets that revolve around stars with moons and without.
There are twin planets with two planets revolving around each other, revolving around a star or binary star.
Circles within circles.
Similar religious interest is a common variable in long term romantic relationships, religion can be seen as the star two people both revolve around.
The red pill captain/first-mate model seems to be a planet/satellite model, revolving around the star of conventional/traditional gender roles.
The red pill soft harem model seems to be a planet/multi-satellite model, revolving around the star of primitive harem style.
The non-red pill egalitarian model seems to be a twin planet model revolving around a star of similar values, or a mars / earth model, two independent planets revolving around the same star (similar values), or a binary star model.
A star can be compared to a human that has internally generated confidence/happiness.
A planet can be compared to a human that revolves around something bigger than itself (religion, ideology, etc.) and generates it's confidence/happiness from that source.
A satellite can be compared to a human that revolves around something that revolves around something.
Just like there are a variety of celestial objects and celestial object relationships, there are a variety of humans and human relationships. Red pill suggests there are only two normal relationship models (and only two types of men and women). Not only is that not true, the two red pill relationship models are likely not even the most common to human nature (hence red pill's lack of mainstream popularity/acceptance).
The reality is there is a variety of relationship models, some more common than others, and some more preferred than others. What is best is a matter of debate and likely different for each individual. I prefer the binary star relationship model, but some people are not and never will be stars (as I've described in this metaphor).
I'm open to thinking that there is not anything wrong with the harem style or the captain/first-mate style for people that are into that (just like BDSM is fine for people into that), but I think red pill is foolish to think those are the only true relationship models, and likely foolish in thinking they are the most common to human nature. My potential issue with red pill as a legit alt sex/relationship culture/style is that with /r/theredpill being 10x bigger than /r/redpillwomen, red pill seems like more of a one sided fantasy for a small group of males (who I think are more likely to be higher on the aspie and narcissist spectrum). There should be as many female red pillers as men, if red pill was really a legit alternative relationship culture like BDSM.
Thus it seems like red pill is more of an alt male culture (similar to separatist militia groups which are mostly male) than it is a viable alt sex/relationship culture. The male bias of red pill would make sense if it is in fact more of an alt male aspie culture since men are four times more likely to have autism. If this is true it can explain how difficult it is to actually communicate with red pillers (for red pillers to understand anyone's perspective but their own) or for red pillers to effectively communicate with women (and thus need to resort to systems/strategies to get sex versus operating on normal organic instincts like neurotypical humans beings), because of their autism issues.
Autism/Aspie issues could be causing red pillers to be operating in a different perceptual universe as most people making the world view dispute between red pillers and non red pillers unresolvable. Unless you believe autism/aspie perception is equally valuable as neurotypical perception, the biggest obstacle for red pillers is fixing/improving this issue and that should be the focus on their self improvement. Unless mastering a system to pick up certain girls fixes autism/aspie issues, it's not the solution for people chronically separated from others by their neuro atypical functioning. Being able to get sex, appear attractive but still being unable to really connect to others is not real progress, it's the plight of the average narcissist.
