I read one of Mark Manson's articles but I wonder if anyone could explain in more depth. For instance, one thing I've noticed is that in some cultures people will be less picky with who they start relationships. For example, there are people who have "mini-relationships." Meanwhile, in the Anglosphere it seems that once you are "dating" someone it implies monogamy and exclusivity as well as a long term orientation.
