Is this a thing covered by any general dating community/courtship/attraction thing?

I ask because I have always just put myself out there to an insane degree, to the point that a lot of people are put off or mark me as an enemy. The payoff is, they are turds and I am better served by inoculating my social circle from narcs, herbs, prudes, language policemen, fascists, etc.

My whole life though when I first meet people I intentionally say things that will risk alienating corny, lame, boring women and interest, attract and intrigue more sophisticated, deeper, more well read or more critically-thinking women.

Is that a thing? Does anyone else practice that?
