2019 will be remembered as the year the international MeNeither movement fizzled and died. The movement celebrates the men of the world who control their sexual urges, treat women with respect and equality, and get shit done at work.

As the name implies, the defining feature of a MeNeither is someone who has never had an encounter with a woman at work that could be construed as sexual harassment.

It turns out that these men are boring losers. Men who outed themselves as MeNeithers were subjected to awkward silences, hollow "thank yous", and very little notice overall. Instead of bolstering the opinion of people around them, identifying as a MeNeither became associated with a loss of interest by the opposite sex and eye rolling from men and women alike.
