How can men receive the objection they do to women on themselves?

In general, I think men ogle/cat-call while also wishing they received the same behavior from women. However, women don't behave this way. In what scenario would women ogle? (I think it's even timid at a male strip club and even the male strippers seem to have more power than female strippers)
