When they guy complained about his wife making fun of his dick size, people told him that it was a joke and that he should get over it. When the woman complained about her husband making fun of her “roast beef” vagina, people sympathized with her.

I dont get this part, you are actually kind of misintepreting the information here, the original OP of the post said:

He didnt say anything about men being made fun of their dick size and women are being supported for their meaty pussies, he said that both parties agree that private part shaming is bad but people took a more aggressive stance in shaming men with a small dick compared to a more neutral stance when shaming women with a meaty pussy. Nobody said its ok to reject people because of their genitalia size according to the post, from what I can see people are telling each other to "get over it" at worst or support their thinking at best.

Anyway here are my thoughts on the post:

1.)To me it feels like this is result of societal norms being forced on the genders where men are expected to be tough and able to take harsh criticism while women are expected to be more fragile so the news is broken to them in a more neutral and "nicer" way

2.) It could also mean that men could be more likely to be aggressive in dishing out criticism unlike women who will be more neutral about it, this is assuming that r/smalldickproblems have more men because its a men's sub and r/twoxchromosomes have more women because its a women's sub. Though I prefer theory 1.) better because to me it feels like theres a higher chance of societal norms in effect than the chances of mostly men/women commenting on the posts as there could be a chance of more of the opposite gender commenting on those posts which rules out this theory

Its definitely an interesting social experiment by incels and the incel who made the post surprisingly took a neutral stance on it. Though one thing I find weird is the fact that he said that this post is women making fun of the guy's dick which I disagree, from what it looks like it seems like the person is frustrated with how some people which she assumed are guys in the roast beef post dismissing the insults as no big deal so the other commenter parodies the comments that are telling the OP that the roast beef is no big deal as a form of observational humor

I don't think anyone here thinks it's okay to shame a dude's dick. It's a shitty thing for either gender to be shamed for.

You'd think if incels were so opposed to genitalia shaming, they wouldn't call women "roasties". That's honestly asking for people to make fun of your dick in return if you're actively doing it yourself. That's called "being part of the problem".
