I know the wage gap ignores just about every possible factor, but I'd also love to see productivity numbers of men vs. women in the workforce. At every job I've worked at there were always a handful of women who spent most of their day gossiping and stirring up drama rather than working. Surprise: they never got in trouble for it.

The people who produced this video don't understand that the "for the same hours at the same job" part of the wage gap is made up.

There was an interesting article I read awile back that disproved the wage gap. It showed women choose to work in lower paying jobs and in those jobs compared to their male counterparts they make 2.5% more.

I guess I should fire my 4 male employees and replace them women. I would be at a huge advantage for my next review as I helped the bottom line per employee by 22%. Oh wait... the female employee makes $2/hr more than the 4 guys... shit...

Made it 55 seconds in. What a contrived situation. 5 seconds in and the guy just casually references his paycheck amount. It would be a waste of time to go through every dumb point made in the video.
