If you read the story about this, I feel for this lady. Her order was completely screwed up (went through drive thru with 4 kids). She had to get out and come in to ask to make it right. They said they would, then she waited, and waited, and waited.....25 minutes. The manager basically ignored her and purposely made her wait. She just finally boiled over and brought it all back in for a refund...25 MINUTES!!!

The manager refused and started bad mouthing her, so she threw the food. I don't condone, but I sure as hell understand it. They will be sued and the manager will be fired.

She was given the wrong order, went inside and complained, and was ignored for 23 minutes, before she demanded a refund and was ignored again, then she threw some French fries and had her eye socket broken by an employee who couldn't do their job properly.
