Pregnant doesn’t relate to lower pay and it’s literally been proven that people with ‘black names’ or womens names are less likely to be hired.

Most of the dangerous work thing is likely cause women were literally not allowed there less than a century back. Most those jobs are very male dominated spaces which also doesn’t really attract women. It can be hard to be alone as a woman in those spaces and from what I’ve heard from friends, a lot have literally been harassed and seen as less competent when just doing their job. When in reality they were just like the other workers.

I wouldn’t really classify myself as an activist so idk what feminists focus on but isn’t that your job as a man to talk about? What motive do feminists have to talk about that stuff any more than mens rights activists have to talk about women’s issues.
