Being neutral about it she was assaulted however she thought she could get away with hitting a guy with a stiletto which surface area to force can cause damage so to use the pc speech she tried to use her privilege as a women to hit a man and not think she would be hit for it. Well my way of thinking is replacing the women with a physically weaker guy, and if I think the guy should have known better then it counts. Here if a sticky guy did this and got hit like her, I'd say be careful who you mess with. So even if clearly harsh it does count
