him sentencing her more just cause she didnt act crushed at first was not a PPD, it was power trip for the judge whose job is to deliberate on proceedings, judge facts of the matter and sentence accordingly. if they are leaving the court room when they were told to, and she didnt cuss him out yet or directly show contempt for the authority of the judge, he had no right to punish based on him not thinking she was upset or not. if he wants people to learn their lesson, he should get involved and champion prison rehabilitation reform. he had a job to do to set bound or bail, if she didnt do anything criminal or hold up what had to be done or acted as though the judge has no authority, then thats when she should get worse at arraignment. if the judge wants her to really learn a lesson, that should only be considered at the sentencing during trial and it should be based on him either being fair or getting her help or keeping her in prison. between bond and trial, unless shes trying to leave the state or commit another crime judge needs to keep his pride in check.

also pussy pass was given the next day. everything about this is bullshit.
