Maybe it's just me, but... she gets pulled over for speeding - with her kids (i.e., more than one child) in the car. So she's endangering at least three people, at least two of whom are children for whom she is responsible. She is endangering other people as well. The police officer pulls her over, and... she gets pissed off at him for doing his job and protecting the public, including HER OWN children - from HER ILLEGAL behavior. I realize that this traffic stop was likely not a big deal, but if she's too "emotional" to comprehend the underlying constructs, she has no business being in her line of work. Just saying...
