Why?

From the sidebar:

ALL posts asking for help with relationship issues must include the following:

Mission: Tell us what it is and why you need a woman's help accomplishing it (I'm being serious)

Stats: body fat, height, weight, lifts, etc.

Reading: Which sidebar content you've read (RPC and/or MRP)

Finances: Current job and income quality, future prospects, debt issues

Spiritual: How mature you are, how often you pray, have quiet times, share your faith, memorize Scripture, etc.

Knowing these things helps diagnose relational problems.

Some people come in complaining that their relationship sucks and their wife doesn't want to have sex with them. The therapist says he needs to help with chores more or communicate with her. He tries and she still doesn't want to tickle his pickle. He drops a 5000 word post. After wasting our time reading through all of his stuff we ask for stats and find out he's 35% bodyfat.

It would have been nice to know that BEFORE reading his dissertation of why he isn't getting any.

Because if we don't know where you are coming from, we cannot direct you where to go.

JOHN 8:14 Jesus answered, “Even if I testify on my own behalf, my testimony is valid, for I know where I came from and where I am going. But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going.

So If we have no idea where you came from, we don't know where you are going, or point you to that direction.

edit: btw, you need to start gym. Start with 5 by 5.
