I feel like there is tons of guides on how to get dates on here but there isn't one on how to get over someone once something falls apart which is pretty important too. So here is the best advice I found online on how to get over someone.

A lot of stuff on here is about the external. Talking to girls etc. But how do you talk to yourself? That's important too and I wrote something for those of you stuck on your past.

I bought it on Kindle for like R$ 1,99 (aproximately US$ 0,66) but haven't started it. What's the best thing about this book in your opinion?

The best thing about book gives you a more rational approach to things. It's not like a hoohrah go get em! Which gets you pumped up for a few days before you fail again you know? A lot of what the book says makes sense and you can actually implement permanently

Sounds awesome. This short term thing you mention is my biggest concern with this kind of book. Maybe that's why I liked "The Power of Habit" so much.

Anyways, will surely read "No Excuses". Thank you!
