I think the wide face refers to the square, large jaw that many women find attractive. It says right there it shows high testosterone which is necessary for health. I read somewhere else about how eating harder to chew foods like meat from childhood develops the jaw so that shows he's healthy too. That sounds like an outdated caveman thing to be attracted to but it's more important now than ever to be able to tell who's healthier like that since most people live off food which is softer and easier to eat like bread products but don't have as many nutrients.

I'm in very good shape, although my face is normal sized, and I'm certainly not a player. However, the bottom line is that you should look at the overall picture to diagnose a player, rather than just one of the 22 signs. It's a sort of Bayesian prediction method to estimate the probability that he is a player.

For example, it's true that most men (fit or fat) are not players. However, it's also true that very few players are fat - most of them are fit. Thus, the physical fitness is an indicator that he is more likely to be a player.
