I do think most high-quality, alpha, red pill men still want a woman who is responsible, mature, interested in some real-world issues besides just baking, and not just looking for a sugar daddy. Solving problems at work/making progress/contributing will also help develop your perseverance and other positive qualities.
Also, even if you find yourself becoming a SAHM, I think this work experience will help you (at least a little bit) understand your future husband's experiences or venting at work.
All that said, you might consider other jobs. You don't have to be stuck in that institution or line of work. Keep working and spend some time searching other job opportunities. Good luck!

You pretty much nailed it. The majority of guys are looking for relationships with women who have their own interests and also share some of our own.

So, I know you probably don't want to hear this, but you're still very young. You have so much time still to meet someone.
You can also switch jobs if you want to with the skills and experience you gain at this current place of work.
Having a career is important for a number of reasons, some of which are:
These will help you manage your home in the future should you wish to be a SAHW/SAHM.
So yes, focus on your hobbies and on being a valuable member of your office. Always do your best.
If you are living the best version of yourself, you'll meet someone in time who will see you as bring a great addition to his life, as opposed to someone who just wants to get married to escape having to work.
Also, an education is never, never, a waste.

"If only I had __ then I'd be happy!"
First it was the education, then the career, now it's the husband, what will be next?
You can choose to be happy now, or let happiness always be one step ahead of you. Nothing and nobody can make you feel happy and fulfilled, that's something you build for yourself.

Ohhhhhhh boy. You were me last year! Take a read of my story here. This is how I came to realise things and began to change my life, then things started coming together. All I can say is, it's time to accept yourself and start making that change, you need to do a lot of reflection though.

There are jobs out there that are fulfilling. One of the things that attracted my husband to me was my passion for my career and my work ethic. He was in oil when we met and gold diggers were a big problem for him, so a woman who had a masters degree and worked two jobs held a lot of appeal.
Now that we're married, we know I'll probably always work. I want to and my husband wants the financial contribution and, quite frankly, we need it for our financial goals. It's a good thing I'm in a job that makes me happy, because being a SAHM isn't on the table and it may never be for you. Find something you can do, perhaps for less money, that makes you happy. You'll be a more pleasant woman to date, too.
If it makes you feel any better, I started over at 23, when I divorced. I was 90 pounds heavier and didn't know how to wear eyeliner. You have plenty of time, if you start now. 32 is a long ways off.

Find another job. And don't stop looking until you find it.
