These are obviously submissive acts. He could be a switch, or he could be a submissive man who's telling you what you want to hear about dominant acts to keep you interested. No way to know, and I wouldn't fuck around to find out. If it's a turn off, it's a turn off. And it can be a turn off to know that he likes that, even if he never engages in it with you.
