Excuse the potential length of this thread
My current boyfriend(30M/30F) (and future husband) is VERY traditional. Like, he saved me from feminism and the independent woman mentality and I am beyond grateful.
I cook for this man, he creates a safe haven for my femininity to flourish, I am submissive to him, he is respectful and loving towards and the commitment he gave to me was instantaneous. I am LOVING this relationship. It’s healthy, it’s balanced and it’s made me a better woman.
Lately, he’s become very lovingly expressive with his words and I can see him literally falling in love with me as the days go by.
Lovemaking is different (in a sweeter and tender way), he’s becoming more verbal (telling me I am the one for him, or I am the best girlfriend he’s ever had, or thanking me for being the woman he needs in his life)
This is the best exchange of energy and in my heart I know I am marrying him.
What were your first experiences like in a more balanced relationship expressing healthy femininity and masculinity ?
