I think you are mistaking TRP for pick-up artists. PUAs use manipulation tactics/cheat codes; the fundamental principle of TRP is self-improvement to become the best version of yourself you can be, which will, as a side-effect, make one more attractive to women than one would otherwise.

So when TRP tells guys to eat clean, get to the gym and stop being skinny-fat, that is going to improve their health, their confidence, and their dating prospects.

TRP teaches what women respond to - one thing I promise you is that men, particularly young men - and TRP skews younger - are very sex-motivated. So if being a "nice guy" got us on the Express Train to Happy Town, then TRP would be all about how to be the "nicest" of "nice guys."

But we all know that's not how that works, and "nice guys" sleep alone...at least until the Epiphany Phase, but they still aren't going to be their girls Number One Draft Pick.

Women tend to reward "bad boys" - guys we were explicitly taught, as boys and young men NOT to be like - by lavishing them with attention and sex. What, we're not supposed to notice? Eff that.

When it comes to sex, women are the "choosy" sex and men have to be "chosen", so doesn't it make sense for guys to do what needs to be done to improve their chances?

As far as "lying" I would refer you to Mark Manson's "Models: Attract Women Through Honesty" which is a book on the TRP list. Same with "Mode One: Let the Women Know What You're REALLY Thinking." Does that sound like "lying" or more like radical honesty?

In my personal life, I tell women what's up from the jump. It makes life easier that way. I am experienced enough to know what type of women like me (tall, feminine, submissive introverts, as it turns out.) So I know what to say to them to light them up. It must be terrifying to be a submissive woman, and I know what to say to signal to them that they can safely express their sexuality with me and....surprise!...that's not lying. I do it by saying the "quiet part" out loud.

I tend to get a lot of "OMG, no guy has ever talked to me like this before!" because I'm not doing the nice guy "boyfriend audition" where I keep doubling down and hoping that Suzie Sugarbritches finally "gets it" that we are "meant to be together." I'm giving Suzie Sugarbritches the straight truth and she's either on board or she's not, but I'm not wasting my time or hers.

If you ask me it's the "nice guys" who are lying, feigning friendship when what they really want is a romantic relationship and/or sex.

ETA: As fro your "DNA" argument, which sounds a bit "off" to me - guys who father children are "genetically successful" and if their kids don't turn out to be in the top 10% - which, mathematically, is 90% of us - oh, well, I guess dad is going to have to point him to TRP. I can tell you that the higher end TRP dudes that I have met are 6 and 7 figure doctors, lawyers, salesmen, bankers and entrepreneurs. Some are absolute Chads, and some are guys who maximized what they had. What are they supposed to do? Give up?

Never heard of this out of red pill. Maybe incel. But not red pill. All I’ve heard out of redpill is to ignore women and work on yourself. Better yourself and you become desirable. Cow-tow to women and you end up in the fiend zone or in a relationship where she doesn’t respect you.

Full text: If red pill thinking tells men to be fake in order to trick women into dating and/or breeding with then, doesn't the very act of having to lie and be phony indicate inferior genetics? Won't they be cursing their offspring with their inferior genes (particularly male offspring, who will then have to use the same fake tactics in order to reproduce)? Smart ppl don't have to convince anyone they're smart. Attractive ppl don't have to persuade anyone they're attractive. If red pill men are so high value, they wouldn't have to lie.

Also, making choices to become better men doesn't alter the DNA those men will be passing on to their kids, just as an ugly woman getting cosmetic surgery won't have better-looking kids as a result of the surgery
