After a 23 year marriage and divorce I started seeing a guy in Dec 2016. We have been "seeing" each other since that time. There are times when we actually date, i.e. go to plays, movies, events and other times where we have no contact for weeks and then have sex. I am 100% in love with this guy. I'm pretty sure this is my rebound, but can't stop thinking about him. He does not believe in monogamy, has no interest in a committed relationship and basically is an ass. Believes his only purpose on earth is to have sex with as many women as he can. But when we are together, I feel as if I am the only one. He tells me that he loves me, tells me how strong and beautiful I am - basically everything I want to hear. To further complicate things, we work together - see him everyday. I know! I've done everything wrong here. I tell myself over and over that the next time he asks I'm going to say no. It's like my mantra. Then he asks and without any hesitation, I say YES!

The common advice to forget about him is to find other things to do - keep busy - date someone else. I can stay very busy, but as soon as I slow down (and I have to sometimes), he is right back in my mind. I have not been in the dating world for over 26 years. I have no idea how to go about meeting someone else to date and I can hardly breathe when I think about online dating. I don't have a lot of friends because I backed away from many during my marriage to my alcoholic husband, so going to clubs/bars, etc. really isn't an option.

Please help - please give me ways I can get over this guy that I am so madly in love with!
