Hi, I’m in my late 30s. I got divorced 3 years ago and little I knew that my ex-wife fitted the RPW role model.
She was caring, supporting, nurturing, beautiful inside and outside. She took care of me in my best and in my worst, like when I was unemployed for months, no savings, and trying to find my feet again.
I made the mistake to embrace progressive 50/50 couple ideals. I wanted her to be more career driven, more assertive and confident. I put too much stress on her and this lead to our divorce.
Even she was OK with me being the main breadwinner and for her it would be very hard to even make a half of what I do (hi-tech engineer).
It’s been 3 years and I’m trying to find someone like her. I had 2 serious attempts and they were too career driven and controlling, like even suggesting I should change careers to have a more compatible lifestyle.
I’m a 10%-er and I believe all of us deserve a good women, a good wife and future mother of our children.
If you can do that, we are going to go through hell and fire to keep you safe, we will give our life for our family.
