One of the things that will be important as we reach the 150k threshold, after which subs usually go to shit, is subscribers themselves knowing what kind of content belongs on the sub. Seems simple, but with discussion subs like this, where most posts are self posts, it can be difficult to tell what should be said and what doesn't need to be said.

For example, this post. It doesn't say anything. There's no point, no knowledge. And you have no place making this post. Yes, we're going to want to celebrate the arbitrary number rollover, but I'm certain the mods have something ready for this the moment it happens.

TL;DR: we need to remind ourselves to check whether what we say needs to be said to 100k people before we open our mouths. Subs with quality posts have users that know when something is good content, not just mods that know when something is bad content.
