I've been listening to some Bill Burr podcasts on YouTube lately, and I've noticed that a recurring question he brings up with men in serious relationships is "Is this woman good enough to be the mother of your children?"

The beauty of this question is that it helps you perceive with utmost clarity what your values are. Staying with a woman who has had coked-up three-ways with strange men in Costa Rica? Sure, as long as you're okay with your children growing up under the care of this woman. This technique can even justify you nexting her based on something she said.

I think we men actually do this subconsciously when we are looking for LTR-material, but sometimes girls who are low-value are really good at convincing guys that they are LTR-worthy. This technique is a defense against that.
