You can not hold frame 24/24. When you wake up in the morning, you are not ready for a fight in your own home. You just want to eat a good breakfast and to relax before the begining of the day. Then, this bitch come and throws shit test at you. The same fucking shit tests that she has been using for years. Why in the world is it not possible to hold frame once and then never have to face the same shit test again? You are tired, it's sunday morning and you have been living hell at work during the whole week, you just want some peace.

Something I understood is that you must call the bitch on her bullshit from the very begining. If you fail a small - even ridiculously small - frame test then it will be harder to hold frame later.

So you must hold frame at all time but you're not able of that. Like all of us, you are a human being and you can not be perfect all the time. Every inch you ever loose will be used against you. And with time, what seemed to be small inches will be added up to be a fucking miles long.

Sometime, she will put out a shit test in a way that in order to pass it successfully you will have to give up on something important. Sometime, she will shit test you by touching to an objectively important subject (which no man will ever do) and if you react seriously (because it matters) you fail the shit test.

To put it in a nutshell, never allow anyone to have the power to be there even if you don't want her to be.
