The Gamma is an under-examined species in Redpill theory. I propose that Gammas are not simply the most disadvantaged degree of Betahood (which I designate Beta-maxes), but rather the result of a disastrous synthesis of Beta and Alpha strategies. Like Betas, Gammas supplement their lack of intuitive interpersonal insight with superstition, and tend to present weak and unmasculine behaviors, especially when challenged. Like Alphas, they are immune to normal social pressures, and devote most of their attention to things which truly matter to them. This makes them pathetic, but admirable.

I doubt a Gamma would subscribe to a movement of any kind- co-dependence in a small social circle, and indulgence in infantile power fantasies is more their card. While Betas seek the approval of others, Gammas seek constant approval from themselves, to the point where their life is half hallucination.

As long as you work on improving yourself, your SMV will increase.

If any physical/mental/financial component in your life is increasing, your SMV as a by-product of all these things is increasing also.

If you get depressed/get fat/lose money, the reverse is true.

Part of the battle is mitigating a loss of SMV. If you're complacent, you risk losing SMV.

If you look at it as social rather than sexual market value (to include friends) it makes sense. Nobody wants to hang around with someone who isn't fun to be around. If you're really funny but say fat and poor, nobody really cares because you still bring value. It's that old stereotype of the fat funny guy, he doesn't work on his physicality but he works on his wit and delivery instead.

Everyone's got one edge sharper than the others, but it's best if none of your edges are blunt.

Yeah this is something I've been working on. I have a very dry ironic sense of humor and most of what I find funny others just don't get. I'm also brutally honest to people I want to get close with. It's a hold over from my upbringing, in my family if we're nice and polite it means we hate you. If we fuck with you and prank you then it's our way of showing love. Doesn't translate well to today's society so I end up with a few very close trustworthy friends but no social friends.

Been trying to expand it a get a circle of lightly related people that I'm not deeply attached to but can socially bond with nonetheless.

Sounds like people from northern England. This girl from up north at uni executes soviet nuclear ball busting shit tests when she likes you. That bitch has terrorised the crap out of me (but not to fret, I've called her out on her WMDs) and there's nothing but an undercurrent of simmering sexual tension as we fight it out. I'm actually cockblocking myself because I don't want to shit where I eat even though she's completely bangable. Don't know if I'll be able to keep her off me though to be honest, she's got fire in her belly.

I like dark humour too and you're right most people don't get it, that's because it requires abstract logic and an appreciation for satire/irony, the status quo is political correctness and faux social nicety, I personally regard honesty as more respectful than faux kindness and elaborate panderings to delicate sensibilities, it's all sugar and not enough meat.

As for friends, quality over quantity. Having lots of "friends" means you have no time to develop meaningful quality relationships with most of them, if you have say 5-20 really good friends that you click with that's great. If its logistically possible to form a social circle out of said people, even better. You always want a very high quality inner circle, everything outside that is just favours for favours, acquaintances who randomly conversate and other such stuff.

Well the real problem is that most of my quality friends have moved to other countries or got married with kids. When it's time to go out (drinking / dancing / partying) there aren't many who are logistically capable of joining me. I absolutely hate going to a place and not really knowing anyone there so I've been working on getting to know a bunch of people in a very superficial way. It's straight Machiavellian as I have no actual desire to bond, only receive visible social acceptance as someone to have fun with.

That's actually one of my litmus tests for a girl who I'm thinking about going monogamous with (I'm a serial monogamist). I'll introduce her to by best friends by way of a dinner date (me + her with friend + friends wife). They're reaction to her will tell me everything I need to know.
