Following your list will help a lot of guys improve but it won't turn them into alpha studs. To do that, one must become socially adept, selfish, narcissistic, and genuinely not give a shit about other people.

If you want to be a silverback apex alpha, yes. If you want to be kinda alpha in the "I'm a leader, follow me" high energy way, then not completely. It's important to understand that showing empathy and sympathy is, generally, a sign of weakness.

In any situation, alphas feel fewer emotions than betas. This is perhaps the defining characteristic of being alpha. An alpha doesn't feel sadness, anger, anxiety, or even many good emotions because he is higher value and doesn't need emotions to push him into acting a certain way to become attractive enough to reproduce.

I see where you're going. You can dress like an alpha (high energy leader) but to truely be a silverback, it requires full sacrifice of emotionality. But how is one supposed to become something unemotional and borderline robotic?

And why when you could practically achieve the same result by just wearing the clothes but still holding the underlying care and emotion there. In fact, some would argue this would make you more of an alpha than someone born lacking the emotional qualities a well balanced human has.
