My experience with one night stands is that they often, but not always, do not come back for more, even if the sex was great (and I always make sure it is).

So why is this?

Simple... they like feeling slutty and naughty while doing the deed. But to come back for more they would have to look you in the eye all the while thinking, "He thinks I'm a slut."

Often, ONS happen after drinking, when defenses are down. She can be horny and DTF that night... but then, in the light of the next day she feels like she did something wrong and doesn't want to face the person she did it with.

That's one scenario.

Another is that she's totally into it and had a great time. But she's not looking for BF material and thinks if she banged you again you'd become a stage 1 clinger.

No biggie. Keep spinning...

I'm no expert on it, but its hard to say based on the info given.

Are you keeping things alpha and "fun" afterwards? You're not getting beta in your pillow talk and putting them off or anything? You have to make yourself appear as the fun, dominant, sexy guy she goes to for no judgement sex times. She won't want someone to talk about their feelings or their relationships, etc. This can happen if you get a bit too "affectionate" afterwards.

Did they have a good time during the sex itself? You have to be better and more dominant than their own beta boyfriend for them to subconsciously weight the risks and rewards and decide to do it. If they can get just as good sex from their own beta (or another alpha) you might not be able to compete.

Also, it may just be purely numbers. Not EVERY girl you fuck will be a plate. This too is a numbers game. Some girls just won't be up for it. It if has only been a small handful that are doing this, I wouldn't lose sleep over it. If its a large number doing it, then maybe look into these things.

It's all about playing percentages too. Say women you meet in a bar drinking might have a chance of 95% chance of being a ONS and 5% chance of being a plate. This means you need to fuck 20 women to get one plate. If you try day game say the chances are 50% of being a ONS and 50% of being a plate. If you want more plates then you should be approaching women in daytime settings. If you want bitches to fuck then getting them when they're tipsy in the bar is fine.

Happens to all of us. Even the guys who won't admit it. Girls are flaky as hell by nature as it is. There's some great replies here. The state they were in at the time is key.

Example. I had a friend whom I eventually hooked up with and she avoided hanging out with me afterwards. I saw her at a group outing this past weekend and we chatted about it. Her words " I thought you'd think I was a slut and was afraid you'd judge me. I was too embarrassed."

See what I mean? I wouldn't worry too much about it. Most of the women I turn into plates are the ones I built a connection with before bedding. Gives them more reason to see me again. ONS are brutal for that. There's nothing there. It's awkward as fuck. They have boyfriends. They plain and simply have no god damn clue who you are.

To a girl, the risks just pile up.

My advice: Instead of trying to turn a one nighter into a plate, spend some time just building something with a girl and then proceed as usual. I've met girls at the bar, but instead of fucking them then, ill prolong it. Work on your text game and you'll be all right. This is just my experience with girls.
