You sound more jealous than angry. Either way, there is no point in getting emotional about reality. You can't change the game. But you may think you can .... then you will realize you can't .... and before you know it you are in the Acceptance Phase.

Unfortunately this is just the way things are for the early stages of a womans life. But if you think about all the high SMV males (actors, rock stars etc) they are in a better position to what those girls have, AND it wont diminish with time as harshly as it does for women.

So the key is to become a high smv male (or learn to game) and women will be flocking to you. Yeah I know it sucks that you have to put in loads of work whereas women simply have to be moderately attactive. But thats just how it is unfortunately

The best thing I used to solve my anger, and I recommend it, is to think for a moment about your own insignificance. You can't change the culture, the nation, or the world. You can only change yourself. Decry all the terrible consumeristic, shallow, vapid, materialistic, solipsistic people around you, and you'll spend your whole life hating. I eventually realized that I will more than likely never change these people, so I might as well just try and change myself, and see if others follow.

That and truly coming to terms with reality. Realizing that my life is finite, my youthful years even more finite then that. I had the sudden realization that I didn't want to spend my entire life hating and being miserable. Living that life of quiet desperation. I didn't spend too long in the anger phase(not to brag) because I thought of these two concepts, but think of theredpill as more of a liberation. Just think of how much more angry you would be if you remained your hateful bluepill self forever.

Personally, I never went through the anger phase, and I don't think you should be going through it either. You said you've been here a while, so you should understand it all by now. You can't get angry at a dog being a dog. It just is what it is, and being upset over it doesn't change anything. You should already know that this is unfair, but you're a man, and you got to deal with it and learn how to get through the world without getting upset that attractive women have it easier -- because it's not going to change.

That shit is funny. My anger phase lasted forever. The thing you need to know about the anger phase is that it does no good. You might as well go into the bathroom and have yourself a good cry for all the good it's going to do you.

Being angry about it solves nothing. All it shows you is that you are ultra sensitive about reality. Women think nothing of men or of our struggles. They don't give a fuck if you die or are hurt. They don't care if you find satisfaction in life. They don't care if they hurt you or if they ruin you. You mean nothing to them. Men never have meant anything to women.

You can't change that by being angry at them for being who they are meant to be. You can't change the world and you can't change the male/female dynamic. The only thing you can change is you. You get to create yourself into how you want. Your goal should be to create yourself into something so great that you aren't one of the disposable men or to go your own way and enjoy life. Getting angry at reality doesn't help you in the slightest.

Anger is more useful than self-pity, so at least you aren't going that route, for that is the way of the blue, not the red. Anger gets shit done. It's power can be channeled and redirected into something better.

If you have a good number of Facebook friends, like, around 1000 or so, have you ever tried taking a really nice selfie of yourself? Like, full on hair freshly cut and styled, a good ass shirt or a suit or something else that gets the ladies swooning, some concealer to take care of any facial blemishes, a good, genuine smile, like all of that? because you would be surprised how many likes you can get on that selfie.

Remember, that Zooey Dechenal knockoff at the grocery store who gets hit on by divorcees spends 3 hours a week at the gym and feels guilty whenever she eats a salad with dressing. What do you do to tell the world "Hey, I'm sexually harassable?"

Trust me, it takes a lot of effort, but it's totally worth it. All you need to do is get more friends, and the pussy will follow.
