I love how this can be interpreted so, so differently:

A man who steps up to the plate and doesn't act like a child is definitely marriage material.

It seems overt to us, but this article is coming from a female point of view, and they have fully internalized the hollywood-perpetuated myth that they will one day meet "Mr Right" and when they do they'll suddenly transform into a beautiful monogamous butterfly.
