An observation I'd like to share, shouldn't be a surprise to the rest of you.

Working in an office, hired a new, married, secretary about 6 months ago. Maybe a 5 all done up, I think she was raised/treated, as a 10 princess, regardless of her behavior.

Well, as a low-level, new employee, she ain't cutting the mustard. When given direct feedback to this affect, she shuts down. Her husband calls all the fucking time at work, clearly, he's feeling threatened. She's showing all the signs of looking to branch swing.

My perspective, I'm not her supervisor, but my boss is, and he wants me to get her up to speed for him--she ain't gonna cut it. We're both on the same page, hold her accountable for her shitty performance.

So, every time her failing at her job is pointed out, she shuts down, gets all butthurt, talks about how it's someone else's fault. Same for any feedback that she needs to improve. My boss and I are on the same page still, fuck this drama, but it needs to be done.

Shit I hear all the time:

"Why didn't you bring me breakfast?" if I bring something to eat in the morning? My answer? "Because I'm not your husband."

Passive-aggressive non-verbals all the fucking time--LOUD sighs, "I just can't...", silent treatment. Homey ain't got time for that shit. I don't even fucking want to know what your problem is, I won't even ask you.

When she gives the passive-aggressive shit for several days, I ask, because I have to, "What's going on?" She says, "nothing." Cool, thanks for the free pass!

Bottom line, she is such a fucking attention whore, she is so beneath my notice, I don't even want to spend any energy dealing with her bullshit.

It is textbook TRP theory. She isn't getting attention from men who are in positions of power, so she generates drama to get it. None of us bite, because she is so far beneath us in SMV, that it's actually annoying. Her husband feels threatened, he calls all the time, comes into work or work functions like he's our pal, when, sorry dude, I'll be friendly, but you aren't anywhere on our level of SMV--so much so, it if fucking awkward.

The red pill is fucking harsh. Swallow it and learn.
