I watched an interesting video on YouTube about this and everything he said made so much sense

I'm going to assume the video was called "NOT Doing THIS Saved My Life... | Dopamine Woes" by FarFromAverage. I'm not sure if links are allowed on the main sub-reddit, but I'm posting this because I watched the video last week and I think that it resonated really well with me and explained a bunch of stuff about my habits or actions that TRP doesn't really touch on. I won't talk about it because I was only recently made aware of it, but I highly encourage anyone who feels a bit drawn out, tired, un-motivated/disciplined to watch it.
