It does seem like a lot of the TRP community is full of angry men who get pissed off about everything. A part of being a truly alpha man is being happy with your life. You cut out the bull shit, cut out the negative thinking and actions, and you are left with a happier you. Being alpha isn't being nice to everyone, it's being a solid man that does what needs to be done because it's the right thing. It's not worrying about Jodie fucking your chick because you know you have her wrapped around your finger. And if she does fuck around, it's being happy knowing you didn't give her half your shit and you have a trove of woman begging to wrap their juicy lips around your cock. Every rich person I know are just happy.
Don't lose that happiness because that's one of the most powerful tools you have. Most blue pills are miserable, just feigning happiness for the sake of it. When others see you living life with a big smile on your face, people will flock to you. They want to know why your always fucking happy. One of the main points in any self help book is to smile all the time. Who would you trust more in a fire, the fire fighter pissed off about the fire, or the guy with the big smile because he knows what to do and is happy to be there?

Agreed, but as it's been repeated, some guys come here, learn the truth, and never leave the anger phase. They may be several reasons for that but to me they're still BP but just with knowledge they'd rather use to hamster their way out of being a better man.

That's because for some people stuck in a bad marriage, or paying alimony and child support, there is no escape from much of the misery. It's easy to get depressed and angry. I have sympathy towards them. In a way, I am one of them, but getting fit, going out and meeting people, and living life helps tremendously. It helps to try and live better than those that wrong you if possible.

They live in you, so don't let them down.
Damn that one hit home, got me a little teary eyed haha.
Thanks, you're right. Be happy too, you don't sound like it right now.

Yeah man, I had a childhood friend die last year. We were close in high school but I hadn't talked to him much since I left for college. It was one of those things where I couldn't feel anything when I was at his funeral, for some reason it just didn't hurt like I thought it should've and I almost felt bad for not feeling sad enough.
This year I started remembering all the great memories we had on snowboarding trips during high school when I got on the slopes again and hit me like a fuckin ton of bricks man. I remember he was always stoked, always the one saying "Get up pussies, we gotta get first chair," or "Nah, fuck that let's stay out until the slopes are closed, let's get our money's worth for these lift tickets,".
It sucks that he's gone but I decided instead of letting it bum me out I should remember the good times, try to channel his spirit into my own life, and just be happy I enjoyed our time together.

Agreed. Maybe it's because I played a lot of D&D growing up but the way I look at it, up yeah the world is shit, but that just makes what you can accomplish that much more meaningful. Life is on hardcore difficulty, and that's great. Take pride in your accomplishments. I managed to get a beautiful intelligent wife, a nice house, a good job, a good dog, and enough cash to take vacations to Europe and never worry about it. Kicking life's ass feels especially good because of how hard it is.

OP, you may want to read, "Man's Search for Meaning" by Victor Frankl if you haven't already.

Just got out of a really tough time myself. The line in there where Frankl discusses Dostoyevsky and "being worthy of your sufferings" got me through it. That's what real philosophy and stoic thinking is about-helping you live well.

I honestly haven't stopped smiling since I started lurking here years ago. Once you internalize being the prize you just can't help it. Don't think you are, know you are.

After 2 months of learning of the red pill and seeing minor success, I felt a wave of happiness unlike anything I've felt in too long.
This is progress for me and something to look back on in my journey. I see the red pill as a life improving marathon. Along my marathon I hope to fuck many, many women. But my focus is on improving myself.

Being happy isn't a choice for some people.

I agree with the message kinda but this comes off as BP garbage.
