Just do a search for "shit test".....there's literally hundreds of posts here with "shit test" in the title. Read the situation and think how you would respond before reading how the OP responded.

I've got one for you though. A recent shit test which I passed.....I was talking with a group of girls, telling a funny story, and mention having binoculars in my truck. One of them immediately makes a disgusted face and says "Um, why do you have binoculars in your truck?!", implying I must be perv or something (imagine a bitchy valley girl voice here).

How would you respond?

Okay your words test implies completion of the material at hand in order to be considered competent in the field of study.

Therefore. If you want to pass TRP test it's simple. Do you know what you want? Are you living your life that way?

By it's very nature the test is ambiguous and these questions aren't the real question but hint to it. The real question is do you have a solid personal identity that drives you? Once you do it's all rather easy.

Here's how I passed TRP. I failed rather hard for 29 years with women. Then I went on a fast for a week and read TRP. NOfap. no vid games. I had already at the time of the fast decided to change. I decided that I had to stop avoiding my life by playing vid games and doing weed and whatever else I could do to distract myself. Some how in my hungered hazy state I came across someone hating on TRP and I was like "what the fuck do ppl talk about this for?"

Anyway fuck my story this is about you. Basically you can feel when you've passed TRP. You won't need to ask this question and people who ask it here always make me a little sad because I know they're struggling to really absorb the content and learn from it properly.

The rage is real. It snuck up on me almost a month later. If you haven't experienced the rage then you haven't actually gotten a big part from TRP.

Once you're past rage it's all practicing this new image and living it. I know you don't like that answer but the answer is living a different life. The quote that stuck with me most goes something like,"You've tried being yourself, now try being someone else. Someone you want to be."

TRP is a fix. It fixes a man's identity crisis. If you aren't willing to change your identity you will remain beta deep down and continue to have problems.

The last test is when women that used to give you grief are now acting like they want to be your bosom buddies. That's when you know something has changed. When something outside of you changes that's when you know that you have also changed inside. I measure this with women and have no alternative for you.

Ways to progress faster with identity include but are not limited to: hobbies, lifting, any growth in general really. Think of what growth means before you assume you understand this.

However, even if you decide to distance yourself from women and only work yourself in order to actually 'win' you need to leave monk mode so that you can test yourself against the world and everything in it. The reason is to continue growing.

Men Going Their Own Way is not an option I would pick if you can help yourself. It's great for a period of time and I have great respect for them, but I understand that some intend to permanently live that way. To me that's like spending your entire life training for the ultimate battle, but fully intending to never actually fight in it.

Anyway what you're asking for sounds more like a cheat sheet so I gave you mine. However, while we're taking the same test the questions and answers are different.

Real life experience is the best teacher.

You will get shit tests and rejections if you approach women. Deal with those to build your game.

There is no substitute for actually going out and doing things.

A quick scenario:

Women out there have no problems freely having sex with whoever is a hot party animal while at the same time the very same women would shame beta male providers looking for sex, calling them pervs and creeps.

How does this make you feel?

1) Fucking women, I knew they were just trying to string me along.

2) Awesome!

If you answered the former, then you're likely in the beta camp.

The test happens to you every day when you talk to any female in your life. That is the only test you should force yourself to take daily. Talk to females.
