I texted a girl asking if she wanted to smoke while my folks were out, and initially she said she'd be down, but when I said when they would be back, she responded:

"yeah idts sorry"

followed no more than 5 minutes later by

"I don't think it'll work out"

At first glance I'm inclined to believe she's just not interested and is being 'soft' about it all. I'd like to think she is interested and that logistics don't pan out, but anyway: What if anything should I reply with? Nothing at all? (I haven't replied yet, seems a bit passive aggressive), a mere 'ok'? Any ideas?
