*Start with the basics, body language confidence first.

*Practice small comfortable, yet challenging steps. Do not overexpose or over-stimulate, rather regulate or else burnout will occur.

Combine all of this and it will make the hottest girls loose their shields around you without you even initiating or saying a word first, they will become nervous just by your presence. It will make the cockiest & arrogant dudes respect and treat you on the same level. No one will want to mess with you not necessarily because you look intimidating or they are scared of you, but because you will look like a guy that has it together and people respect that. Behind a confident face is a story of struggle, and everyone relates to that we are human we all struggle.

--Update-- If getting girls is your goals. Allow me to tell you this from my own experiences: Females, Girls, Women, Chicks etc are a byproduct of success. Conquer yourself and women will gravitate toward you. Confidence is the biggest aphrodisiac for women, meaning that you could me the \"ugliest\" mofo out there but if your non-verbal and verbal language shows confidence a woman's perception of you will be overwritten to see you in a new light (a light of attraction).
