We do our best. As someone who deletes a lot of shit, half the shit I delete is not even reported by the users. If you see a blue pill post, REPORT it. Nothing bugs me more than posts like yours here, when so much of the stuff I delete never even enters the mod queue as none of our 40,000 subscribers could even take it upon themselves to spare 2 seconds and click "report."

Naturally the bigger the sub gets the harder our job gets. You have to help us so we can help you.

I think one of the causes of this is that the label "report" causes some confusion over just when it's appropriate to push it.

People sort of feel like it's for "this violates reddit rules or the law" rather than "this violates subreddit rules, or just plain sucks".
