What the guy before me says is risky and takes a lot of guts and will either make her go crazy for you, or will make her completely lose interest. Don't text her until she texts back. It's a test. Girls love indifference. One way to test if a man is indifferent is to not respond to a text. If he sends a second text later saying hello (this could be days after last text) it kind of turns her off. If you send her "where are you?" It's game over and she finds you too needy and puts you in the zone. Wait for her to text you again and respond 1 day later. During this time she won't be able to stop thing about where she stands with you and her attraction will go up. She's probably interested in you, but she's not sure if you're right for her.
