for the girl: move on, focus on yourself, do your own thing and meet other girls

for the feelings: lift, do your own thing, avoid easy dopamine hits (videogames, junk food,...)

In my own experience, given enough time you'll always meet another girl that catches your interest and makes you completely forget about the previous girl and wonder why you even felt like that in the first place

Don't fall into the trap of thinking that because you have a history it somehow means more. Girls can and will still drop you regardless of all that shit.

It can be hard, I just dumped my LTR of 2 years and it can be tough to move past. Just keep doing your own thing, lifting, talking to girls, work, things that are important to you. Delete her off social media/snapchat/whatever and just stop talking to her in general.

Cut people out of your life who don't add to it, and it deosnt sound like she's really adding to it. Don't be mean to her about it or anything, the worst emotion a girl can get from you is apathy.

It'll be tough at times and you'll want to text her, but just keep doing other shit until that feeling goes away. When you start seeing someone new it will get easier as you'll have something or someone else to distract you

What are some tips to overcoming this stage where you essentially played the games, lost the games and you actually end up emotionally hurt with feelings for the girl?

Step One : Recognize that you have been emotionally trained through Game to now be addicted to her... in effect you are a drug addict to her Game.

Step Two : Since you have lost this Game and are now addicted and beta your only chances are to either wake up or to leave and start over.

All emotions you feel are just chemical reactions. Love/Oneitis is simply a mating hormone that makes you want to fuck and reproduce. That's all love is. Love isn't real. The reason you want this girl so bad is because even if its not logical, your body is telling you to mate with her no matter what. We've got a lot of biological quirks that aren't useful Now that might have been 1000s of years ago. Detach yourself from your emotions, realize no woman will ever love you and they all come and go. Focus on yourself and cultivate your power and masculinity.
